You will lead a team of talented merchandisers and collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

• To take charge of new Tmall Channel for the growing EC business in China.
• To work with different team in China and report daily sales condition to headquarter.

The Shoes Merchandising Manager will collaborate with various teams, including buying, planning, and marketing, to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

2、 制定部门年度、季度、月度工作规划，并组织带领团队实施；

根据销售目标规划，组织产品的市场调研及分析工作，根据消费人群分析和消费者实际需求，结合产品市场表现分析，结合服装产品的品牌定位与营销的市场方向，制订产品结构及产品发展规划，形成商品企划方案。

主要负责支持公司营销业务, 包括但不限于采销、营运、市场部、供应链业务，同时协助美国管理商标、合规部EC和政府检查这块业务
