负责寡核酸固相合成、氨解后处理, 参与建立满足公司研发需求的寡核酸合成平台

制剂学术带头人（吸入/透皮/高端制剂方向）

从项目立项（如靶点筛选、竞争性评估及专利突破），药物分子设计，合成路线设计，先导化合物成药性质优化，并结合研究结果全面分析，进一步完成活性化合物迭代优化，高效推进至确定PCC阶段。
