In partnership with the CEO, the position holder will lead the company's business development strategy and implementation. The person will take leadership role in shaping the portfolio strategy with focus on out-licensing and partnership opportunities. The candidate will identify potential leads, formulate transaction model, lead business negotiation, and manage the execution of the transactions.

The position holder will be a key member of the senior leadership team. In partnership with the CEO and the founding team, the position holder will lead the company's science and research strategy and implementation.

Based in Nanjing or Hangzhou, this role will manage 20 people in Biology, pharmacology , translational study, DMPK and tox. This role will report directly to CEO and the Board director.

As the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, this role will be directly working with CEO, continuously working on the improvement of business strategy and lead an elite BD group to achieve in-licensing deals for the company. This leadership role will oversee company's pipeline from target selection to clinical development and marketing strategies, lead a senior team to prioritise projects at different clinical stages, and in-licensing assets to synergize existing pipeline.

The company is seeking a CFO to join their growing team and provide high-level financial oversight. The CFO will be broadly accountable for the financial and risk management operations of the company, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, the strategy of fund raising and IPO, and the monitoring of internal control systems. The CFO will help set the stage for the Company's future growth. This position reports to the CEO.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be an active member of the executive leadership team with direct interaction with investors and board members.
