The CFO will play a pivotal role in the journey towards a U.S. listing by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key banking stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic banking partnerships, managing the U.S. listing process, and ensuring our financial strategies align with their long-term growth objectives. The candidate can be based in Shanghai or Singapore.

The Finance Controller role is vital for the financial health and growth of this company. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

Foreign bank recruiting finance controller/finance reporting AVP level, 18 months contract(direct sign with the bank)

As a Finance Controller, the position is responsible for overall financial control in the China region, supporting business development.

The Plant Controller reports to BU Controlling Head, responsible for plant P&L, costing and overall finance analysis.

Directly report to FP&A Director, responsible for APAC business finance report.
