结合集团公司管理体系及海外业务属地国政策法规，建立和完善人力资源管理体系，制订并组织实施人力资源管理制度，包含招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及员工发展等；

人事部长主要负责制定和执行公司的人力资源战略，包括招聘、培训、绩效评估和员工关系管理等，确保公司的人力资源政策和程序符合法律法规，同时促进员工发展和组织文化的建设。

根据公司发展战略，组织制定短、中、长期人力资源工作规划，制定一整套人力资源管理制度并组织实施

全面统筹规划公司的人力资源战略，组织现阶段人力资源需求及外部供给情况，制定人力资源政策及规划，并推动实施，确保人力资源满足业务发展需求

作为企业的HRBP，全面负责HRBP的工作内容。

企业在快速发展整合阶段，完成上一阶段的业务整合后，市场占有率快速上升。目前希望进一步优化内部管理架构，为目标内的IPO计划完成准备工作。
