The role is essential in strengthening relationships with the client and identifying growth opportunities for the business by ensuring the client understands the full range of services offered. The Account Director will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the account, whilst managing key projects ensuring all work is completed in line with the strategy.
Conduct market studies/business reports using appropriate market research tools (FGD, IDI, surveys, etc.) and analyze data reports, either initiated by MI or requested by business departments, to comprehend the external environment in terms of macroeconomics and market landscape. Provide proposals to support business decisions.
It will be responsible for observing, analysing market and category trend and insights, consumer behavior to enble category marketing drive category growth through improving products, portfolio, business operation and overall consumer、customer experience.
Work as Consumer Insight Expert to contribute the business and marketing strategy for whole group
