The Mechanical Director will lead the mechanical engineering team in designing, developing, and optimizing the mechanical systems for our Scanning Acoustic Tomography equipment.

This role is responsible for global product research & development, based in Jiangsu -- Gloabl Manufacturing and R&D center. In addition, this position will manage a research and development team of dozens of people.

The Director of Operations should oversee and manage the full-function operations of the system Integration/Assembly contract manufacturing plant.

设计和研发应用于消费类及工业领域的高性能模拟IC，如高速高精度ADC，电源管理芯片、SerDes 接口芯片等，与项目成员合作进行整体架构论证、电路实现与创新；

带领团队全面负责芯片设计开发，需要至少10以上半导体行业经验
