Fabric Sourcing Manager is crucial in driving our product development by identifying and sourcing the fabric trends and innovations. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented "Head of Sourcing" to manage and optimize our sourcing operations in China. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency to support our business goals. This role requires deep knowledge of the China market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies.
1、建立业务数据体系规划，为管理者提供决策支持； 2、针对商业场景，通过数据挖掘和量化分析，为战略、产品、运营提供深度洞见； 3、快速精准的发现业务问题，通过深入分析寻找改善机会，跟进重点项目专题挖掘支持支持业务提效；
负责根据当地监管合规要求以及公司内部政策，管理和协调软体家具品类的所有运营活动。监督/管理中国和越南软体家具团队的活动，确保实现运营目标和质量产品的稳定供应。职责范围包括但不限于预算管理、采购、成本节约、供应商管理、产品开发、生产调度、质量管理、测试与合规（内部和外部）以及创新。
