The Route Development Manager (RDM) is responsible for driving growth on the specific trade assigned to the RDM. Controlling and managing the D2C and B2B 3rd party Logistics Delivery Services(3PL services), with Sustainability, Quality, Safety, Process and Cost in line with company Business Objectives and drive with high level of service and optimal Cost through effective management of Logistics vendors. Support identification and prioritization of business activities across all operations functions.
