This role of HRBP Head is a pivotal position within the life science industry, requiring a strategic thinker who can lead the Human Resources department in our Pudong location.

结合集团公司管理体系及海外业务属地国政策法规，建立和完善人力资源管理体系，制订并组织实施人力资源管理制度，包含招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及员工发展等；

人事部长主要负责制定和执行公司的人力资源战略，包括招聘、培训、绩效评估和员工关系管理等，确保公司的人力资源政策和程序符合法律法规，同时促进员工发展和组织文化的建设。

作为企业的HRBP，全面负责HRBP的工作内容。

企业在快速发展整合阶段，完成上一阶段的业务整合后，市场占有率快速上升。目前希望进一步优化内部管理架构，为目标内的IPO计划完成准备工作。
