This role is responsible for global product research & development, based in Jiangsu -- Gloabl Manufacturing and R&D center. In addition, this position will manage a research and development team of dozens of people.

• Implement and validate electronic designs through software development, test and simulation.

As a Software Embedded Engineering Lead, you will lead the entire software development life cycle, including obtaining/reviewing software requirements, code architectures, and end-to-end software implementation for the products, working with other functions such as Electronics Hardware and Product Engineering.

作为产品总监，你将负责领导和管理企业内部创新产品的开发、商业化和市场化工作。你将带领团队深入了解市场需求和趋势，制定创新的产品策略，并确保产品的成功推出和持续发展。同时，你还将负责团队的管理和培养，打造一支高效、专业的产品团队。

1. 负责大规模语言模型的集成与优化，提升性能和效率。
2. 设计并实施基于AI大模型的创新应用，包括但不限于自然语言处理、对话系统、内容生成、智能推荐等。
