It's a strategic role in developing and guiding the local BU team of a clear portfolio strategy and design, bring to market superior NPD pipeline and winning value propositions to drive long term sustainable growth

This role will report to China GM directly and develop long-term communication strategy to keep this brand standing out in China market. it will oversea communications, government and regularyregulary affairs, issues and crisis management, corporate reputation, scientific affairs, consumer care and stakeholder management.

候选人将负责公司C端产品的全链路落地。

1.主导新产品开发的开发与产品技术创新工作,保证新产品技术方案的合理性、可靠性、新颖性，并能按照产品开发计划顺利推进。

2.负责新产品开发规格书等相关产品标准制定，主导DFMEA及项目跟踪关闭；主导解决过程中发现的产品研发过程问题；

人选将独立负责公司的政府关系管理、在深圳的项目申报，以及相关销售线索跟进。

候选人将负责app的推广，直接向联创汇报。

岗位将管理公司海内外整个客服团队，并0-1搭建海外客服业务。

1）负责AI智能眼镜的产品规划，对市场需求和用户需求进行分析和挖掘，完成产品策划；

2）负责建立和维护AI智能眼镜产品的数据模型，并以数据为依据提出产品优化方案；梳理产品目标、优先级，制定迭代计划；
