Responsible for performing closing and statutory financial report for the legal entities assigned.
Responsible for the Financial Planning & Analysis cycle, monthly performance tracking/analysis.
Reporting to the Group Financial Reporting Manager , the role will be actively involved in all processes. Primarily in managing and executing with the Order to Cash (OTC) function and Procure to Pay (P2P)cycles. The role will also include closing out month end and also ensuring that we are compliant of any local regulations.
As Legal Head（Greater China), you will lead a professional legal team and support legal and compliance matters.
This role will involve managing a team, overseeing the contracts, participating in significant company projects such as dispute resolution and M&A, and supporting various business lines legal and compliance work. The APAC Legal Head will ensure that the legal team's work aligns with the global strategic development goals and meets the standards of global legal team.
