深入理解公司整体战略，制定与之相匹配的品牌及产品策略规划，包括品牌定位及二级发展策略、品类赛道选择及发展规划等，确保与公司整体战略保持一致；

基于市场调研结果，打造差异化品牌及产品策略，扩大市场影响力；

负责品牌的产品卖点以及策略，指定产品开发计划并进行产品推广

负责牙科医疗相关产品的全生命周期管理，保证产品的商业成功
