1.制定新零售项目的产品与平台营销的规划及方案，并确保方案有效执行；

2.负责新零售的运营管理，根据市场反馈对运营进行数据分析，制定营销推广方案；

1、为销售团队赋能，提升区域门店运营水平和能力并达成业绩稳定、持续增长；
2、团队培训，提升门店精细化运营能力，增加员工对于品牌的强烈认同感，从而提升整体企业文化；
3、通过对销售流程的提升，确保用户获得良好体验及品牌忠诚度。

北区零售团队全盘管理工作，对年度任务、业绩增长及利润负责；直营门店扩张和物业（高层）关系的建设和维护，负责品牌在优质商圈shopping mall和重要大卖场入驻，条件谈判及活动管理等。

This is a P&L owner role for business spans across the China region. The incumbent will be responsible to drive all operational and commercial activities across different business lines in multiple regions within China.

有账号0~1孵化经验，负责tiktok部门的搭建及平台运营，含从0到1运营Tiktok和起号，开通小店，完善用户体验、服务，提高产品复购率等；
管理日常的 TikTok 账户操作，了解社交媒体实践和技术，追踪TikTok热点，获取平台流量与关注；

1.统筹管理所负责的项目团队.产品.站点，定制发展规划，达成年度经营指标；

2.定制年度经营规划，按渠道进行季度.月度的分解，并推进执行；
