My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Systems Engineering Manager to oversee the development and integration of our BMS products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of BMS systems, extensive experience in system platform architecture, and proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and testing.
As the Systems Engineering Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing advanced system-level design, development, integration, and validation activities for our interior HMI buttons, digital keys, and battery power management systems. You will lead a team of engineers to ensure the high quality and reliability of our products, while meeting the demanding requirements of the automotive industry.
