My Client is seeking a highly experienced Director to take on a pivotal role, driving sales growth and overseeing the strategic expansion it encompasses the responsibilities of a country manager, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of our business strategy across all teams operating in China.
The role will report directly to GM and manage around 4 people, taking full responsibility on sales (both online and offline) and part of marketing scope (channel marketing and product portfolio).
The Operation Director will lead all operational elements of the factory in Dongguan. This role requires robust leadership skills and an in-depth understanding of the electronic products development/engineering and production techniques.
Reporting to the Asia Operation VP, this role is responsible for the whole daily operation of Shandong plant.
