公司和公司本部的人力资源规划的拟订、修订和执行；二级单位人力资源规划的编制督导、审核及执行情况的检查
制定并实施公司人力资源战略规划，确保人力资源各项工作满足公司发展需求。负责组织架构优化、岗位设置及调整，完善公司人力资源管理体系。
担当国际营销部门负责人的人力资源顾问与合作伙伴，为组织发展提供人力资源支持，定期进行组织盘点，在招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬、员工关系等方面为业务部门提供有效的解决方案并实施
根据公司的总体战略，建立和完善培训体系及培训管理制度和运作流程。跟进各培训项目的培训进度、动态及培训效果评估管理。
