Resume Upload Rules

To ensure the security and legal compliance of PageGroup information, we require you to adhere to the following rules when uploading your resume:

Resumes that are uploaded, shared, or provided are prohibited

If you are (1) the main person who is undertaking the technology and management of national and provincial key projects and scientific research projects, and has not consented to the unit or competent department; (2) serving civil servants; (3) Personnel who have been sent by the state to volunteer for the development of Xinjiang, Tibet, and other western regions without the rotation period; (4) Personnel involved in secrets (including but not limited to: personnel engaged in work involving national security or important secrets) or personnel involved in secrets who have not yet completed the period of declassification after leaving their posts; (5) Persons who are suspected of violating laws and disciplines and are under review in accordance with law and have not yet concluded the case; (6) Personnel in other special positions who are temporarily unable to move according to laws and regulations, or personnel who can only leave the country with approval. Please do not upload, share, or provide your resume. Also, you are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or providing internship, apprenticeship, work, and educational experiences in party, government, military institutions, military or police schools, or units involving classified information in your resume.

Protection of National Secrets

National secrets involve matters related to national security and interests, determined through legal procedures and disclosed only to a specific group of individuals within a defined period. The following issues, concerning national security and interests, should be considered as national secrets: (1) Matters classified as secrets in major decisions on national affairs; (2) Matters classified as secrets in defense construction and armed forces activities; (3) Matters classified as secrets in diplomatic and foreign affairs activities, as well as those subject to confidentiality obligations abroad; (4) Matters classified as secrets in national economic and social development; (5) Matters classified as secrets in science and technology; (6) Matters classified as secrets in activities to maintain national security and investigate criminal activities; (7) Other matters classified as secrets by the national secrecy administrative department; (8) Secrets of political parties.

National secrets are vital information concerning national security and political stability. Disclosing such information may lead to severe legal consequences. You are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or providing any information related to national secrets in your resume.

Protection of Important Data

Important data refers to data in specific fields, for specific groups, in specific regions, or reaching a certain level of precision and scale. Once leaked or tampered with, it may directly jeopardize national security, economic operations, social stability, public health, and safety. The identification and determination of important data rely on information provided by relevant departments or regions.

Important data contains crucial information about national security, economic operations, social stability, public health, and safety. You are not allowed to upload, share, or provide any information related to important data in your resume.

Third-Party Rights and Data Protection

You are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or providing information that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other rights of third parties. Additionally, you must not upload, share, or provide information without the authorization of others.

Legal Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the content you upload, share, or provide in your resume, ensuring its legality and truthfulness. If the information you upload, share, or provide includes national secrets, important data, and/or infringes upon the rights of third parties, we have the right to delete the information you provided.
