As the first person in the function, the incoming director will be accountable for the performance and results of the China RAS portfolio, including supporting the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) programs in region.

The Director will play an integral role in providing assurance to senior leadership (global and in China) and input into the reports to the Board on the effectiveness for risk management activities.
