The Legal Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining the legal and compliance framework for our client's China operations.

This role will involve managing a team, overseeing the contracts, participating in significant company projects such as dispute resolution and M&A, and supporting various business lines legal and compliance work. The APAC Legal Head will ensure that the legal team's work aligns with the global strategic development goals and meets the standards of global legal team.

As Legal Head（Greater China), you will lead a professional legal team and support legal and compliance matters.

• You will join a global corporate group, responsible for all legal affairs for the core business segment, including both domestic and overseas market.
• As the legal owner of the business segment, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and provide more support for the core business decisions.

The Legal Director will play a pivotal role in managing the legal aspects of the company's operations in South Korea, including post-M&A integration and ongoing legal support.
