领导两个工厂的工程团队优化生产工艺，与其他部门（主要是生产，质量和DE）密切合作，确保在整个生命周期内顺利有效地建立工艺，从而减少质量问题，并超越制造方面的现有效率。

Lead engineering teams in two factories to optimize the manufacturing process, collaborate closely and regularly with other departments, mainly Production, Quality & DE to ensure smooth and effective process setup during the whole life cycle, and minimizing quality issues and exceed present effectiveness in the manufacturing side

The R&D Director, SiC Module will be responsible for research and development efforts in silicon carbide (SiC) module technology, ensuring the products remain at the cutting edge of performance and reliability.
