As the Vice President of Operations, you will oversee and optimize all operational aspects of our client's business, ensuring seamless integration across departments and driving continuous improvement in cost efficiency and production capacity.

Our client is s Retail Shop Concept solution provider, with their creative design team, own manufacturing site and good service, it has owned its place and reputation industry. This role will manage the full P&L in Greater China, responsible fro the APAC strategy formulate and executing, play an important role in driving business performance.

This role of COO - Semiconductor Backend Equipment involves strategic oversight and operational management within the engineering and manufacturing department of a professional services company. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.

Strategic management of JV plant processes in APAC

Cooperate with each operation department to accelerate diversified operation

Digital transformation management, form a customer-centric operation ecosystem.

Cooperate with the Group's strategic general manager to complete the annual strategic objectives and cooperation objectives.

The Operation VP would take the initiative in managing the supply chain as well as the quality, incl. fab, OSAT, and all other suppliers.

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain management, manufacturing, engineering processes, production capacity, and cost controls.
2. Oversee the integration of operational departments ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.

Operation Director will lead a team to cover all the operation work including ocean, air, Railway, truck, warehousing, contract logistics business and manage the team's efficiency and quality in logistics products.
