The Route Development Manager (RDM) is responsible for driving growth on the specific trade assigned to the RDM. The individual will focus on developing the right focus across OFR products within the trade, including establishing product relevant value propositions and supporting Sales in closing business on the trade. The RDM is the focal point for sales in to the product on the trade and links Trade Management & the local sales organization.

Support Head of China Commercial, take lead of optimization of XXX China commercial team

Including:

1) reporting tools enhancement

2) review job assignment and backup plan within China commercial team,

3) streamline sales daily work to stay aligned with sales transformation plan

4) continue developing BCO and China key accounts
