2、负责基站产品的产品定义与整体方案，包括相关硬件平台选型、3GPP协议演进分析、产品演进及完善等

1、洞察研究未来口腔护理、大健 康领域产品概念、架构，新技术的发现、跟踪、引入，制定技术路线规划与产品技术平台规划，新技术专利的前瞻性布局规划。

2、构建产品技术竞争力，落实新技术预研、技术平台化及技术货架开发，支撑公司战略发展意图和产品规划。

作为公司硬件研发部负责人，管理ID设计、结构设计等团队，负责公司新产品的硬件设计和产品落地

1、深刻理解品牌战略，全球化视角，根据市场和消费者特征，洞察客户需求和潮流趋势制定全套品牌对标国际知名消费电子公司级别的产品设计策略；

2、负责个护美发、口腔等护理产品和其它硬件产品设计工作；

1．负责创新光学器件(球面/非球面透镜/微透镜)的设计和开发，对产品需求提出针对性解决方案；

2．研究和应用新材料、新工艺，提高光学器件的性能；

- 制定硬件研发的长期战略和年度计划，

- 领导并管理硬件研发项目，确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成。

该岗位直接汇报部门负责人，支持公司的流程规划建设
