1. 整体把控万宁线上电商（大贸+跨境）采购业务，带领电商采购团队进行商品类目整体的品类规划、制定商品引进规划，制定销售计划及预算，完成部门指标，推动各类目的持续健康发展。
2. 负责产品规划，上游资源、供应商资源的开发、引进 ，价格谈判及品质稳定，能够给公司带来优势价值链或竞争力的产品。

1、负责公司抖音平台内容策划，粉丝增量，销售转化率及价值挖掘等全盘管理；

2、负责制定阶段性营销策略、内容策划，促进转化率并提高商品附加值；

• 本科以上学历，5年以上内容电商平台运营管理经验，熟悉包括达人直播商务建联、短视频分销、直播间运营、DP管理、商城店铺运营等各种模式
• 熟悉抖快线上活动的推广手段，并具备实际操作经验，善于学习和总结分析

Develop and manage an integrated B2B marketing plan end-to-end at an established technology company (eg. telco, software, cloud providers, IDC) with proven results.

Lead a broad range of marketing disciplines (campaign, events, digital, PR/AR etc) and understands how they work together.
