We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM & Communication Manager to develop and implement strategic customer relationship management and communication plans that drive customer engagement, retention, growth, and loyalty in the China market

You will manage a team of sourcing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies, identify suppliers and new product developments, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality products. This role requires strong manager skills, strategic thinking, communication, and a deep understanding of the furniture and home décor industry.
