作为技术总监，您将负责领导技术团队，通过技术创新和工艺改进，确保公司刻蚀设备在行业内保持技术和市场竞争力。

This Digital Tech VP role will be responsible to develop the digital strategies for the organization and drive innovation to enable business transformation and growth for business in China.

The role will be reporting directly to the Global Digital Head, and dotted line to China Business.

Responsible for launch of marketing software, Ecommerce platform and marketing infrastructure projects, including shopify website and E-shops, APP, marketing cloud, sales force, hotspot and other marketing IT projects.

The position reports to Head of China Digital Technology, IT and Digital Services and Solutions and dotted line to SVP, CIO and head of digital transformation and is also part of China business leadership team. S/he works as a close colleague with senior R&D leadership in China to ensure close alignment between R&D, IT and Digital CoE's.
Position is located in Shanghai, China.

The VP will ensure the seamless integration of practices in supply chain management, optimize processes, and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leveraging advanced technologies, the VP will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company's competitive advantage and supporting sustainable growth.

• Take on the role of a hands-on engineering manager, owning tech scoping, backend architectural design, and up to date AI-centric initiatives. Mentor other engineers in deploying enhancements to the primary product.
• Collaborate with product teams, marketers, data analysts, and other engineering teams to execute highly cross functional and time sensitive projects.
