This position is for a Regional Operations Director in retail who will play a significant role in directing and overseeing the operations of various retail outlets in the region. The candidate will manage teams, devise operational strategies, and work towards the company's growth and profitability.

This role will manage the full P&L in Greater China, responsible fro the APAC strategy formulate and executing, play an important role in driving business performance.

Strategic management of JV plant processes in APAC

Cooperate with each operation department to accelerate diversified operation

Digital transformation management, form a customer-centric operation ecosystem.

Cooperate with the Group's strategic general manager to complete the annual strategic objectives and cooperation objectives.

协助CEO建立各品牌营销战略（品牌发展战略、渠道发展战略、商品战略、营销组合策略和年度/季度/月度营销计划），参与公司短、中、长期的营销战略计划

作为公司的跨境运营负责人, 管理sales&marketing部门全盘。

管理深圳办公室10人以上跨境电商团队；负责大件产品出海；品牌出海非铺货；

1.负责公司主营业务的抖音全盘渠道，汇报给总经理；

2.管理10人+团队。
