The Route Development Manager (RDM) is responsible for driving growth on the specific trade assigned to the RDM. The individual will focus on developing the right focus across OFR products within the trade, including establishing product relevant value propositions and supporting Sales in closing business on the trade. The RDM is the focal point for sales in to the product on the trade and links Trade Management & the local sales organization.
Responsible to drive inland logistics business, including warehouse, intermodal (rail, barge & trucking), depot services and other value-added services through organic and inorganic growth. Responsible to achieve / exceed agreed sales targets and business objectives. To generate new business product category, for example intermodal solutions, project logistics solutions, etc.
The Shipping Engineering Service and Equipment General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our business operations. This includes providing engineering and maintenance services, spare parts assistance, and safety services such as fire fighting, life-saving, and rescue. The successful candidate will lead key functions, including commercial sales, supply chain, logistics, engineering, and technical services.
