As the first person in the function, the incoming director will be accountable for the performance and results of the China RAS portfolio, including supporting the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) programs in region.

The Director will play an integral role in providing assurance to senior leadership (global and in China) and input into the reports to the Board on the effectiveness for risk management activities.

• Station in Shenzhen and report to the group and regional senior management team, the incumbent will take charge of F&B Business in Guangdong Province (major in Shenzhen) including but not limited to personnel leadership, business and marketing research, managing profit & loss, enforcing group's standard and development of local management team so as to achieve maximum effectiveness.

• Create and maintain relationships among business partners to develop strategies to increase revenue for their companies while building the brand through marketing and events
• Coordination with procurement team to provide input on Hospitality proposals and contracts
• Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and develop compelling proposals for events
