The Plant Director will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant's operations, including production, supply chain, quality control, and cost management.

The R&D Quality Director will be responsible for overseeing all quality-related activities within the R&D department, ensuring compliance with GxP (Good Practice guidelines), supporting innovation, and promoting high standards of product quality and safety. This role is pivotal in establishing a robust Quality Management System (QMS) for R&D and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and scientific practices.

Lead Quality Control and Quality Assurance team in plants to manage the respective areas regarding quality systems and various quality requirements of customers. Lead and manage the food safety, food fraud and food defense as required by local regulations.

As the China Quality and Regulatory Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality management system and ensuring compliance with both international and local (Chinese) regulatory requirements. Your expertise in quality assurance, supplier management, and regulatory affairs will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving business growth in China

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for performing production site Quality Control audits, in accordance with company Guidelines, site capability assessments and production trials.

Fully responsible for all site Facility and EHS activities.

This role will take responsiblity for site engineering maintenance and reliabilty.
