This role is a member of Global Employee Relations and Employment Counsels team, who primarily focus on supporting HR teams across the global to ensure compliance of HR management, practice and operation from legal perspective.

Mainly responsible for the procurement of New Plant Project, including the procurement of various materials and services such as design, construction, equipment, verification, etc.; According to the company's business needs, may also responsible for part of plant operations procurement.
