We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced drug discovery scientist to join our pre-clinical research team. The successful candidate will play a key role in lead ing and driving innovative research programs focused on metabolic diseases. This position requires a deep understanding of metabolic pathways, disease mechanisms, and drug discovery principles.

Based in Nanjing or Hangzhou, this role will manage 20 people in Biology, pharmacology , translational study, DMPK and tox. This role will report directly to CEO and the Board director.

The Drug Discovery Lead will be tasked with leading the development of operations in this exciting field and the development of a new drug discovery portfolio.

This role will report to the Global Head of Antibody Discovery, working with the Head of Antibody Discovery Platform, Head of Translational science and other teams to support grow the Clover antibody discovery portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering fit-for-purpose, differentiated lead molecules to the pipeline and work closely with Discovery, Biophysics and Development groups.

从项目立项（如靶点筛选、竞争性评估及专利突破），药物分子设计，合成路线设计，先导化合物成药性质优化，并结合研究结果全面分析，进一步完成活性化合物迭代优化，高效推进至确定PCC阶段。

指导核酸类药物的递送技术和平台的研发

负责对于新型多肽分子的设计、合成和纯化，并评估其体外/体内药效特性等

负责抗肿瘤药物体内外药效评价技术平台的建设和发展。

负责新药研发项目DMPK试验,包括文献调研、试验方案制定和执行,试验结果整理和分析.
