The Vice President of Marketing will serve as a pivotal member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. As a Sales Director, you will report to the Asia Managing Director directly and be the core drive of our China direct business. You need to master skills of direct sale model, mobilizing all the internal resources to win projects and achieve annual target. Core market is Shanghai.
The specification manager is expected to strengthen the spec-in the brand in Art and Culture segment, by leveraging global and local resources, in the meantime, ensure those spec-in projects executed properly in China.

The role will be responsible for the BU sell through strategy for all channels.
The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the brand's operations to ensure its continued growth and success in the highly competitive market. You will manage a team of professionals and work closely with other departments to drive business performance and maintain the brand's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
The role will report directly to GM and manage around 4 people, taking full responsibility on sales (both online and offline) and part of marketing scope (channel marketing and product portfolio).
