Mainly responsible for the procurement of New Plant Project, including the procurement of various materials and services such as design, construction, equipment, verification, etc.; According to the company's business needs, may also responsible for part of plant operations procurement.

As the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, this role will be directly working with CEO, continuously working on the improvement of business strategy and lead an elite BD group to achieve in-licensing deals for the company. This leadership role will oversee company's pipeline from target selection to clinical development and marketing strategies, lead a senior team to prioritise projects at different clinical stages, and in-licensing assets to synergize existing pipeline.

As the Head of Biometrics, the person is expected to serve as the biostatistics expert who will manage external partners for biometric work across all sites in China, and further develop internal team to perform all statistical work of clinical studies conducted by the company; provide sound experimental design and data analysis expertise; prepare statistical analysis plan to ensure that the appropriate statistical methods are developed and utilized; interface with other functions and global teams to assist with data interpretation and understanding of results.
