The company is seeking a CFO to join their growing team and provide high-level financial oversight. The CFO will be broadly accountable for the financial and risk management operations of the company, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, the strategy of fund raising and IPO, and the monitoring of internal control systems. The CFO will help set the stage for the Company's future growth. This position reports to the CEO.

The VP will work closely with CEO and the Senior Executive Team to develop an in-depth, comprehensive understanding of the company's operations, financial performance, and strategies in order to articulate an accurate and concise message to the investment community. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and an entrepreneurial self-starter with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced global environment.

The Company is seeking a seasoned and polished professional who is experienced in raising capital and business development in biotech or biopharma industries. Meanwhile the capability of working directly with Boards, Wall Street bankers and investors. In addition to strategic development, the CFO will be accountable for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be an active member of the executive leadership team with direct interaction with investors and board members. The CFO manages the financing strategy, financial planning and analysis process, investor relations, accounting, audit, tax, cash management and the support of strategic deals and corporate development efforts.
