Job Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Product Development: Drive the development of data-driven products and services.
• User Experience: Ensure data products meet the needs of end-users and enhance their experience.

The Director of Sales is responsible for all hotel sales and marketing functions, the relationship and coordination between the hotel Marketing Division and Shangri-la Hotels and Resorts Group Marketing team, and to maximize total hotel revenue market share and optimize profit return.

Reporting to the Group Chief strategy officer, this role has a primary focus on China strategy development, strategy execution and business development.

Provide financial reporting, support finance and business analysis and monthly closing.

Develops and maintains effective strategic partnerships and working relationships with brands, key staff from the theme park, the tour and travel industry, hospitality, corporate, community groups, and external resources and vendors plus local government.

Responsible for performing closing and statutory financial report for the legal entities assigned.

Fully responsible for risk management.
