北区零售团队全盘管理工作，对年度任务、业绩增长及利润负责；直营门店扩张和物业（高层）关系的建设和维护，负责品牌在优质商圈shopping mall和重要大卖场入驻，条件谈判及活动管理等。

该职位直接汇报给创始人/总经理，该职位隶属总经理办公室，主要负责工作内容以政府关系、政府接待及对外接待、高管发言文案和总经办文案撰写、总办人员（行政、后勤）管理等工作。
