The client seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition role (APAC) who will be the first HR hire in the Singapore business and will oversee the APAC region including the new markets the client is expanding into. This role will develop recruitment strategies for senior level hires and extensively do business partnering with the Leadership team based in China.
Based on business growth and department strategy, with understanding of business and effective communication, partner with hiring managers in global sites to identify recruitment needs, formulate b-e-s-t outreach strategy and tailored recruitment plan to figure out solution on talent acquisition optimization.
